Debug mode adds ● Rec, Save JSON, Copy CSV and Vel CSV on top of the video. Recording saves the video and its landmark trace together, for npm run review. Vel CSV saves the per-frame swing-detection velocity for the whole session — that is the file the T_high / T_low thresholds are read off.
